What we don't do
- Nobody here examines your shoes for you. Those 48 hours after they arrive are the look that counts — if the pair isn't what the listing said, that's when you tell us.
- Every pair travels by tracked courier and there's no meeting up in person. That's deliberate: the tracking record is what a disagreement gets settled on.
- The money is held by the company that processes your card — not by Sneaker Local, and not by the seller. It moves once: to the seller when you're happy or the window closes, or back to your card if the order is refunded.
